Every search I manage is hands-on. I work directly with founders and revenue leaders to understand their team, sales motion, and growth goals, then personally oversee the sourcing, screening, and placement of every candidate. My approach is high-touch and founder-led, ensuring that the candidates I present are not only qualified but positioned to succeed long-term.
